The hotel garden is a fantastic spot to
unwind after a long day of exploring the city. The ambiance is charming, almost like being in a different world. However, the area surrounding the hotel can feel a bit inconsistent, especially at night, which may concern some visitors.

The garden is a lovely hidden gem 🌿! Breakfast had fresh fruit and hot baked bread, but the area felt a bit sketchy at night. Still, the staff were super helpful and welcoming during my stay.

A charming escape in Santiago
Waking up to the delightful aroma of freshly baked bread was the perfect start to each day. The garden provided a peaceful sanctuary amid the city’s hustle.
However, the absence of an elevator made navigating the three flights of stairs a workout, and noise from other guests disrupted restful nights in our otherwise lovely room.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel with its picturesque garden. The staff made everything seamless for our family, from helping us find nearby restaurants to ensuring we enjoyed a fantastic breakfast that fueled our adventures in the city. Plus, the nearby Museum of Natural History was just a delight for the teenagers!
In my wife’s opinion, a shuttle service to nearby attractions would be great.

The beautiful building and tranquil garden create a delightful atmosphere, perfect for relaxed late afternoon drinks. The staff were exceptional, assisting with everything from arranging a wine tour to providing packed breakfasts for our early departures. However, the location is just a bit too far from the historic center, and the soundproofing in the room was lacking, which slightly disrupted our stay. Despite this, the spacious, well-decorated room with stunning murals added to the charm.

great stay but some minor issues
The room had a serene view of the garden, which provided a peaceful retreat. The attention from the staff exhibited genuine care, especially with heavy luggage needs, which was handled efficiently via a baggage lift. Breakfast options were diverse and of high quality, making it a delightful morning experience.
The noise insulation could be slightly improved.
